Once your order has been shipped, you will receive your tracking details via email.

As our items are made to order our process and handling time is  approximately 1-2weeks, we do attempt to get your item out to you as soon as possible.

Please note that this time can be longer in peak times, new releases or markets. All times are from the date of order on all items unless otherwise stated and does not include the transit time to arrive at your door step.

 Standard Shipping

This includes a tracking number, upon dispatch an email will be sent to you with the tracking information. This can take up to 7 business days

Express Post

This includes a tracking number, upon dispatch an email will be sent to you with the tracking information. Normal delivery time is 1-2 business days.

Rush My Order

If you need your order quickly please contact us before you purchase and we will see what we can do.

Once your order has been shipped, Mum & Me can accept no responsibility for loss, delivery delay or any damage to your package.

Whilst we do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner, we will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by any person. 

This can be a result of a delay caused by Postal services that we have no control over or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight. 

This includes but is not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us.

RETURNS/REFUNDS/EXCHANGES

All products are carefully handmade and checked before they are sent to you. Due to them being handmade there maybe slight variations between each product. Colours may also vary between different screens.

If you receive an item and you believe it to be faulty please contact us at mumandme.create@gmail.com within 24 hours, with your order number and photos of the alleged fault.

If we deem you eligible for a refund or exchange, items must be sent to us at your cost within 7 days of the purchase date. They must be in original/new condition and have a copy of the receipt attached as proof of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the products have been damaged due to lack of care on your behalf. This also includes not following care instructions.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days to your original payment method. Exchanges will be sent to you as soon as possible.

We are unable to refund or cancel for ‘change of mind’.
